You will soon regain confidence and find happiness in your daily life. You already have healing power within, what I do is just to help you to regain such power. What I ask you is to create 30 minutes of  “My Time” in a day.

  5. I shall explain how I would  work with you through sessions
  6. Stress reduction daily practice
  7. Dialogue
  8. We set dates and time for subsequent weekly sessions 

In addition, 150 minute session would include followings. 

  1. Experiential workshop of Mindfulness practice in everyday life.
  2. Bespoke 30 minute programme catered for your specific requirements

PERSONAL or GROUP RETREAT : 3 day or 2 day programme

Discover a new way of being with stability and calmness in mind.  Retreat would help you to come to terms with the actuality in life and strive from there, even you feel there is no hope at this moment.

With CBT methods, Mindful Prana-Yoga, breathing exercises and meditation, you will discover bliss of true relaxation and the benefit of mindfulness everyday practice.

I can assist you to change your destructive negative emotions into functional counterparts by changing your thoughts and beliefs using your body and breath sensations to make your mind work for you.

For example, after 3 days, participants with depression or anxiety successfully reduced their BDI (Beck Depression Inventory) scores from sever to normal.
