Dress
The main thing is to be relaxed and comfortable. You will need loose, flexible clothing for yoga practice which can be worn for meditation. You may also want to bring some outdoor wear such as walking shoes, fleece and waterproof jackets for walking, cycling and bird watching in the National Park.
